DELIVERY

1. HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?
As soon as your order is dispatched , you will be sent an email confirming the status of your shipment.

2. I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team by emailing us on cr@beyonder.co and we will aim to resolve thisissue as quickly as possible.

3. AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER.
If something is missing please get in touch with our customer care department by sending an email to cr@beyonder.co.

4. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION.
We will deliver the products till the mentioned address in the order receipt.

5. WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Since this is a sale in local market none of these charges will be applciable to your order.

6. DO YOU DELIVER TO WORK ADDRESSES?
We will deliver at the address mentioned in your order receipt.

7. DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?
We only deliver at the physical address mentioned in your order receipt.

SHOPPING

1. HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT?
There are a number of ways you can search for a product until you find exactly what you're looking for. The most relaxing way to shop with us is to browse through the categories at the top of the web-page and then refine what you are looking for by clicking on each section, spilt into either product types. Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, just type in the product or brand into our search facility [top right of the Website] and we will find you everything related to your specific search. Once you have found what you want, click 'add to shopping cart', and when you're done shopping, follow the on screen instructions to fill in your payment details. Easy.

2. DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE I CAN BUY FROM?
No we don’t have this facility yet.

3. I HAVE ORDERED SOMETHING BUT HAVE PREVIOUSLY SEEN ON YOUR WEBSITE AT A DIFFERENT PRICE.
As an online business we act much faster in adjusting our prices in response to stock and demand from customers.

4. DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH YOU?
Yes you need to create an account.
Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as regular newsletters, and (our favourite bit) exclusive discounts and special offers. Just click on the type of item you want from the list on the left side of the screen, then refine your search according to category, price or brand, until you find exactly what you're looking for (we're sure you will). You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best. Just follow the easy steps on screen and remember to have your payment and address details to hand.

5. CAN YOU GIVE ME MORE INFORMATION ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
We try to publish as much useful info as we can about all our products, to help you buy the things that will suit you best. If there is anything further information you feel we need to put on there to help you, just let us know what information you'd like to see and we'll do our best to include it.

6. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We like to give you plenty of payment options, so you can use any of the cards listed below. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us. VISA, MASTERCARD etc All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.

7. WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I USE?
Our prices are based in AED and have a referenced US currency. You would charged in your local currency by your bank at the equivalnet currency rate at the time of transaction.

8. WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment. Don't despair at this stage, because there may still be something simple that can be done to get the payment authorised. Please remember that even if a payment is not authorised, some card issuers may still reserve the money, meaning you can't use it for a short period.

9. CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

10. WILL WE BE NOTIFIED IF AN ITEM BE RESTOCKED?
Unfortunately we don't currently have the facility to let you know if or when an item is restocked, but our team are always working on improving so we might be introducing this in the future. If there is anything else you want to know about a product , then please email us on info@beyonder.co

TECHNICAL

1. I AM HAVING GENERAL PROBLEMS ACCESSING OR BUYING FROM YOUR WEBSITE.
If you are having any other problems, we recommend you make sure you have the latest updates and patches for your operating system.

2. IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
We use one of the most secure online ordering systems on the market, and are constantly researching and improving our software to make sure we offer the highest possible security at all times.

3. I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT BUT IT NO LONGER SEEMS TO BE IN STOCK/DISPLAY.
We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it but it's out of stock. However, some of our most popular products will run out very quickly so you do need to be quick and get it before someone else does. As we try to keep our products fresh, we add new items every week so you might just find something similar to the one you were looking for. Try browsing through our departments at the top of the web-page and then refine the type of item you are looking for by clicking on each of the sub-sections. Alternatively, you can type in the product or brand into our search facility and we will find you everything related to your specific search.

4. I'VE SENT AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE AND NOT HAD A REPLY.
There may be a number of reasons you’re not receiving emails from us. We recommend you check your Spam filter settings and look through your Junk folder, in case our emails are going in there. If this is not the case, then we may have the incorrect email address registered for you. Please check your account details to ensure your email address is spelt correctly and it’s your valid email address.
